What's included?

Nutrition guide & meal plan: Tailored to you and your target body composition

What does the challenge involve?

Throughout your 4 week challenge you will be required to visit BARE in order to complete the 'Game Rules' listed above.

What if I am unable to make a group meeting, or attend the three weekly workouts?

As a rule, to remain in the challenge you must attend the weekly weigh-in meetings at BARE and complete the three weekly training sessions. However, exceptions can be made for fair reasons. Let your coach know so that they can help you work around it.

What if I have unused BARE credits?

Don’t worry, during your challenge we’ll freeze these for you upon request.

What nutrition plan must I follow?

You will be required to follow our sophisticated ‘BARE Dollar’ plan. All foods are given a BARE dollar ‘price’ based on how helpful they are to achieving your goal in terms of food macros, nutrition, glycemic index and calories. The better they are, the cheaper they are. You have a personalised budget of Dollars that you can spend each day on any foods you choose. As long as you stay within your BARE Dollar budget, you will be on track to drop those KGs.

Special dietary requirements? No problem! We have options for most needs.

How does the training work? What classes can I do?

BARE workouts are unrivalled for calorie burn and developing lean muscle mass (ensuring you burn fat rather than muscle during your challenge). You are therefore free to attend any BARE class you wish throughout your challenge (bookable in advance via our website or booking app).

What if I want to workout more than 3 times per week?

Three BARE workouts per week is all we require for you to see some serious progress in your body composition over the 4 weeks. Results are 70% nutrition, 30% training and we will be placing heavy emphasis on what you eat.

However, if you want to attend BARE more frequently throughout your challenge, go for it! You will have unlimited access to all the classes.

I consider myself a beginner. Is this challenge for me?

Definitely! In fact this is one of the best ways to start out at BARE (or even to start out on your fitness journey) as you will receive unrivalled support throughout this challenge. We introduce anyone new extremely gradually. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and enjoy the experience.
