Whether you’ve never worked out before or have simply been ‘out the game’, there is no better way to start. You will receive unprecedented levels of support throughout these important 4 weeks where we introduce anyone new extremely gradually. It is our priority to empower you to go at your own pace and simply enjoy the experience.Any questions, drop us a whatsapp!

Our clients can lose 6kgs (13 lbs.) in 4 weeks.
The amount of weight lost will vary from person to person based upon how much fat you have at the start, your commitment level, and of course your goal (clients on our transformation programs may have non-weight loss goals).
Generally, following our program closely you can expect to lose around 1kg per week.

Throughout your transformation month you will be attending the world’s best group fitness workouts, with all classes easily bookable in advance via our website or booking app.
Please note that this is not personal training. BARE group workouts are unrivalled for calorie burn, developing lean muscle, and ensuring you burn fat rather than muscle during your 4-week program.
For the transformation month, you will be written a personalised 7-day training & recovery program based on your schedule specifying which classes to attend to optimise achieving your specific goals. Whether that’s to improve stamina, get stronger, work that six-pack, tone your arms, lift your butt, or all of the above!

The transformation nutrition plan is a complete toolkit, split into 3 easy to follow phases.
Phase 1 consists of a 5-day detox & body reset to cleanse the body, lose the bloat, and trigger the fat loss process.
Phase 2 is the ‘burn phase’ where we increase focus on torching the fat via our ‘BARE Dollars’ nutrition plan. The revolutionary plan customised to you; based upon the macros, glycaemic index and nutritional value of foods. It is scientifically proven to get you stronger, leaner, and healthier in the shortest time possible.
For the final ‘performance phase’ we focus on good quality training to support fat-loss nutrition. Together we shall instill habits that will keep you progressing after the transformation month.
And! Once per week you get your ‘cheat window’ :)

Your transformation journey starts with an in-house body composition scan where we find out the precise amount of muscle & fat in your body. Based on the results, our expert nutritional specialists will prescribe you a 3-phase nutrition & training roadmap tailored exactly to your body and the target body composition you want to reach.
We'll be regularly monitoring how you’re progressing throughout your 4-week transformation, providing you with the motivation and direction you need to stay on track.
And we’ll be right there with you, every step of the way. You get the support of your very own transformation coach helping you on your nutrition journey, and you’ve got your BARE family to fall back on.
