Your transformation journey with us starts with an in-house body composition scan where we find out the exact amount of muscle & fat in your body. Based on the results, our expert nutritional specialists will prescribe you a 3-phase nutrition & training roadmap tailored exactly to your body and the target body composition you want to reach.
We'll be regularly monitoring how you’re progressing throughout your 4-week transformation, and provide you with the motivation and direction you need to stay on track.
And we’ll be right there with you, every step of the way. You get the support of your very own transformation coach helping you on your nutrition journey, and you’ve got your BARE family to fall back on.

The transformation nutrition plan is a complete toolkit, split into 3 easy to follow phases.
Phase 1 consists of a 5-day detox & body reset to cleanse the body, lose the bloat, and trigger the fat loss process.
Phase 2 is the ‘burn phase’ where we increase focus on torching the fat via our ‘BARE Dollars’ nutrition plan. The revolutionary plan customised to you; based upon macros, glycemic index and the nutritional value of foods. It is scientifically proven to get you stronger, leaner and healthier in the shortest time possible.
For the final ‘performance phase’ we focus on good quality training to support fat-loss nutrition, instilling habits that will keep you progressing after the transformation month.
And! Once per week you get your ‘cheat window’ :)

For the transformation month, you will be written a personalised 5-day workout program to specifying which classes to attend based on your flying schedule to optimise rest & recovery and maximise achieving your goals. Whether that’s to improve stamina, get stronger, work that six-pack, tone your arms, lift your butt, or all of the above!
