What does the AED 395 include?

Your 5 BARE classes and your 7 day fat-loss shake plan

When does the challenge start? And do I need to pre-register?

The challenge starts Monday 23rd September. You will need to start your shake plan on this day. You will need to finish your 5 BARE classes between Monday 23rd and Sunday 29th October. There is no need to pre-register, just ensure you have purchased the promotional 'SURVIVAL WEEK' package. The AED 395 'SURVIVAL WEEK' pack will expire 7 days from Monday 23rd.

What does the challenge involve?

To complete your 7 day challenge:

  • Attend any 5 BARE classes within 7 days (Bookable in advance via the BARE app or website)

  • Throughout your 7 days, replace a main meal daily with one of our meal replacement fat-loss shakes (Recipes sent to you shortly after you purchase the 'SURVIVAL WEEK' class pack)

  • We encourage you to keep all your other meals healthy, and no larger than before

What if I have unused BARE credits?

Don’t worry, during your challenge we’ll freeze these for you upon request. Please just email us at info@bare.fitness.

What nutrition plan must I follow?

You will have seven delicious meal replacement fat-loss shake receipes to pick from (with which you will use to replace a main meal with daily).

The shakes pack a nutritional punch, without the calories, allowing your body to start using its fats stores as a source of energy.

The healthy shakes are packed with protein, good fats, vitamins and minerals which support fat burning, lean muscle mass, and give you the energy needed to smash your workouts.

The plan can be tailored for all dietary requirements.

(If you don't already have a protein powder, we will advise which whey protein powder (or vegan equivalent) to get in order to make your shakes).

I consider myself a beginner. Is this challenge for me?

Definitely! We introduce anyone new extremely gradually. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and enjoy the experience.

Do I need to buy a specific package to participate?

Yes, you will need to buy the specially priced 'SURVIVAL WEEK' class package, and use only this package to book your challenge classes. If you have classes remaining from an existing package, don't worry, they will remain unused and available for you to use after your 7 days.
